In 2020, Weifang Bincheng Investment Development Co., Ltd. became the controlling shareholder of the company, with the Weifang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission becoming the actual controller of the company. The company is headquartered in Gospell Industrial Park, Suxian District, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. It operates one production base, consisting of five major workshops: SMT workshop, DIP workshop, assembly workshop, injection molding factory, and hardware factory, with a total of 45 production lines.
